Akinyele Umoja, Associate Professor and department chair in the Department of African-American Studies at Georgia State University, will talk about his new book, We Will Shoot Back: Armed Resistance in the Mississippi Freedom Movement. The event will be held the Bunche Library & Media Center – Haines 135 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm.
